In Summer 2019, the LGBTQ+ Institute announced an opportunity for project funding to be awarded to members of the LGBTQ+ Institute Faculty Advisory Committee (FAC) and Affiliated Faculty for collaborative projects in the field(s) of arts & education, broadly imagined. We believe that the best education includes art, creativity, and imagination, and we invited applications that expand the definition, and disrupt the coupling, of arts & education.
For the 2019-2020 academic year, six collaborative UA-Community Projects were funded. We will highlight them here as they develop.
