ArtisticInQUEERies 2022
The Institute for LGBT Studies is thrilled to welcome you to our virtual exhibition of LGBTQIA2S+ artists as a part of this year’s Artistic InQUEERies series. This is our third time hosting this event and our second time doing so virtually. The goal of the Artistic InQUEERies exhibition is to provide a platform that centers LGBTQIA2S+ artists and works to remove some of the barriers that often present marginalized individuals with challenges in sharing their work to the public.
As you move throughout the gallery you will notice that there is personalized contact information for each artist, which you can use to learn more about the artists, view other work of theirs, and continue to follow their artistic journey. If you are interested in purchasing one of the pieces that is for sale, you are welcome to reach out to the artists directly about purchasing the piece(s) you are interested in or to view more of their available art.
On the opening day of the exhibition 3/21 at 5:30pm AZ/MST will we be having a meet and greet with the artists. You can ask the artists questions about their creative processes, how to purchase their art, details about their art mediums, etc. Or just come say hi!
